I came here for 2 nights and had a brilliant stay. The venue was quaint and great, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent right by bus stop for city center/ beach, the hill into the lanes and down to the water front and the the seafront. Throughout the day staff were amiable and accommodating.

We truly enjoyed rooms with full amenities. Tea, coffee and a kettle were useful.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel over the weekend. The beds were very comfy, the host was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious. Kim, the host, even offered us breakfast in bed every morning free of charge. The location was a little out of the centre, but only a 30 minutes walk downhill or an easy bus service. Highly recommend.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing. The room was bright, clean, and spacious. The location was convenient, with shops and bars on the downhill walk to the seafront. The staff, especially Kim, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The location was incredibly convenient for catching the bus into the heart of Brighton. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean our room was and the en-suite, although small, was modern and well-maintained. Kim, our host, was excellent and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a continental breakfast that was sufficient in quantity. we highly recommend Fiveways Happy Stays as a great choice for a stay in Brighton. The free parking was a huge plus!
